In principal negotiation, we would never lie And we don’t want to work with someone who lies And we talk about being soft on the people, but hard on the problem

This approach is all about how can we negotiate, solve a problem, reach an agreement, and not wind up with anger and frustration and everyone hating each other.

Be open – maybe your way is the fair way, but maybe not.
