Negotiate with People In Mind

We do a lot of negotiating, absolutely And if we’re not careful with how we negotiate, people will not work with us again. I would like to say that most of us, most of us want at the end of a negotiation, for the relationships to be good and for people to want to continue to work with us. And so we want to remember that negotiating isn’t necessarily about getting your way; It’s true you do negotiate to get your way and you could get your way. We want to make sure that as that happens that we leave people feeling good about it or as good about it as possible Because, you when the negotiation ends, what happens to those people?
