Thanks for the question! There are many tools available, I have used an excel template I adapted and customized from a simpler version I found on the web.
I’ve actually become very interested in Kanban and am using that with one of my teams right now. We like it a lot! I am using a whiteboard and colored sticky notes for that.

Great video. I wouldn’t change a thing. Presenting a lot of information in a clear concise fashion, such that the audience can absorb it in only a few minutes is a tall order. But this was done successfully.

Wonderful job! Whereas the music adds another layer to the quality of your work, the volume is a bit distracting. You might consider lowering the volume a bit.
Also, the rate of speech is at time hard to keep-up with, although I understand the need to be succinct.
