		<description>Hi Josh ,

I have gone through your videos and I felt that it does help to concentrate on one task at a time . Focussed work and handling one task at a time , has helped me to achieve a lot of tasks efficiently , in a short span of time . We all go through a lot of situations where we are compelled to look at multiple things together . But the downside of multitasking is that it affects the quality of our work and in many cases it takes longer time to complete the tasks .

I agree with you on the fact that switching tasks are good in some situations and bad in other situations .
They could be good when we schedule them , or they are completed . Also , they could be bad when they are not scheduled.

Also can we have some more videos on Kanban Or could you share the links to those videos which you have dedicated for Kanban .

Thanks &amp; Regards

<description>A fair point Imran. When multitasking is not using the same parts of the brain simultaneously, perhaps it can work.

I&#039;d argue against the &quot;as long as u feel good&quot; hypotheis however. &quot;Explorers&quot; feel good when multitasking, even if it&#039;s less productive and even harmful to their long-term cognitive abilities. See this for more info:
