		<description>Thanks for the concern Dr. Paul.  The PMI has been excellent in this process.  Being a group of people who put out content in many forms, we are sensitive to the IP issue and have seen no red flags whatsoever.  If there were, I would not have accepted the invitation.

My experiences with the PMI are fairly recent, so perhaps the paradigm has changed.</description>

Be very cautious with PMI, especially if they ask you to sign any IP transfer agreements. Do NOT just blindly sign anything they give you. Read any agreements over and understand that PMI is known to aggressively enforce them.

Unfortunately, IMPO and first hand experience, the organization is not very benign.....
