If you were the general contractor on that home and the other projects, perhaps you've had some experience then. If you didn't directly make the plan and schedule, etc. then perhaps not. It's a different role to sponsor versus actually run the project. I am in a program to get a workforce leadership degree and am in a project management class ! I have already built a 5000"sq custom home (3 1/2 years ) and several other custom projects ....but not a commercial or corporate project. How would you suggest me getting my feet wet....or with all these comments-WATERLOGGED ! Love the humor....but seriously, tghis W ILL be my career.So any really great suggestions ?
