I would add, from my personal experience, that the challenges also depend on the project manager individual experience and skills.
For example, during my first 3 years as a PM I had the most problem with communication skills (I still do occasionally, but less). Later on in my career, I had to progress specifically on the planning aspect because I got involved with larger projects. Lately, I have been working on projects with more &quot;at stake&quot;, and stakeholders management is currently the area where I am the most &quot;challenged&quot;.</description>
