Liked your video about LinkedIn recommendations.
I agree with you in the fact that we should not ask someone for a recomendation if we have not done some business with them. It won’t be real and people reading it will realize that.
Then as well you were right by saying that we should help people and not ask for help. I am sure that when you help someone, he or she will help you back in some way when time comes.

I’ve seen so many people abuse recommendations (spamming requests). Good summary of best practices.
