To find a new job you should go to a job board website and start submitting applications, right?
Wrong.
In my experience that method is ineffective.
Almost to the point of being a waste of time.
Even worse, if you do end up landing a job this way you could be stuck in a company that doesn’t fit your career goals.

I loved the short video as I have a LinkedIn profile. I have searched for jobs on the site and looked at the recommended jobs based on my profile.
