Critical Chain isn’t widely used, although I think it is always gaining some ground. There are several PM tools that are specifically for Critical Chain, including Concerto, cc-MPulse, ProChain, and PSNext.
I’ve posted quite a bit on Critical Chain, try a search on the right hand pane for more. The bottom of this post in particular has links to case studies and other resources:

Interesting overview. Thanks Josh. Does anyone have an idea of how far this methodology has penetrated the PM market? It would also be interesting to know if there are PM tools that leverage this approach.
