There should be one nearby. Toastmasters helps in improving public speaking skills, confidence, and a good avenue to improve your leadership skills. All these skills are required to convince your higher ups that you are ready to move up the ladder. Also, I know you had some questions about PMP. I recently got my PMP certification (1 week ago) and would love to share information although I am sure Josh is more qualified that me and you are in good hands. I am available too if you need more.
